Guesthouse Lodging
If you decide to book a stay with us, we’ll prepare one of our beautifully appointed guesthouses and then send you an email detailing the location of your unit and self-checkin instructions prior to your arrival.
Total capacity is 50 guests on-site in 7 individual guesthouse units.
Two nights stay is required for all bookings.
Included: Wifi, Kitchenettes, Aesop toiletries, guest services support and housekeeping team, ROKU Smart TVs.
And yes, we’re always pet friendly.

1800s FARMHOUSE

The Farmhouse unit at Old Mill has a total of 6 Bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.
One of the six bedrooms has a king bed and an additional daybed with a trundle, sleeping a total of four guests in the room.
An additional powder room is located outside of the generous kitchen in the Farmhouse.
Carriage Houses A & B
8 Guests each
Two side-by-side Carriage House units mirror each other at Old Mill. Carriage House A & Carriage House B.
Each of the Carriage House units has 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. The Queen bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom - one king bedroom and one with a set of twin bunk beds.
An additional queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room downstairs.
The Apartment

The third floor of the Farmhouse at Old Mill is a private Apartment with two separate entrances - one keyed door from within the Farmhouse and one keyed door from the exterior.
The light and bright Apartment unit has 2 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom.
An additional queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area of the Apartment.
Cottage one

Cottage One at Old Mill has 1 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom plus a sleeper sofa.
Cottage One also has a woodstove insert in the living room area.
Cottage Two

Cottage Two at Old Mill has 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms.
The King bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom - one queen bedroom and one with a set of twin bunk beds.
An additional queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room downstairs.
The Studio

The Studio at Old Mill is a king bed efficiency studio unit.
This unit has a private bathroom with standup shower, a kitchenette, a small dining table, and a writer's desk.
