Clubhouse Lodging
The Livingston Manor Fly Fishing Clubhouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 total lodging guests between 2 separate units.
Each Clubhouse unit has a full kitchen to prepare meals, living spaces to relax and unwind, and dining areas to gather and share.
Our considered spaces offer simple modern amenities, and provide comfortable and inspired settings that encourage guests to slow down, unplug, and unwind.
Guests will have access to the Willowemoc Creek and our wood fired hot tub.

1st Floor

Our cozy ground floor unit is an homage to an older time with wood clad walls, dark stained floors and a handsome feel. Modern amenities such as a full kitchen, keg stocked with local favorites from Catskill Brewery and high speed internet allow you to unwind, but stay connected to the outside world when prompted.
This unit has 1 queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a living room, dining area and library with a pull out sofa.
There is an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleeps 4.
2nd Floor
6 Guests
By contrast, the upstairs second floor unit is a light and airy space with vaulted ceilings and a nod to a Scandinavian feel.
This unit has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin daybed with a pull out trundle and features our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 6.
