Barn

Our 2000 sq ft barn is fully insulated, temperature controlled and is equipped with a projector, mic/audio, meeting tables, comfy lounges and a wood burning fire place.

Greenhouse

The naturally lit greenhouse houses hundreds of plants and can be used to host meals, meetings, workshops or classes.

Farmhouse

c. 1740 Farmhouse mixes warm rustic original finishes with traditional and contemporary furnishings to create a beautiful and intimate setting for a group meeting or breakout session.

Catered Meals

We can provide lunch, dinner, and cocktail reception services for your group.

Broma Bakery

A yoga class in the main Greenhouse. Eight students hold a pose with arms stretched upward. All supplies (mats, blocks, blankets) are charcoal, provided by The Greenhouses.

Wellness

Our spaces can be converted to host a yoga or meditation class.

On-site Activities

Want to add in a little bit of on-site fun? We've got you covered: Nightly s'mores, bonfires, projected movies in the barn, board games, books, hammock lounging and lawn games available for you throughout your stay.

Lodging

 40 individual rooms across our 3 properties with select premium lodging for executives and the ability to provide supplimental rental homes nearby for larger guest counts. All of our lodging includes breakfast, guest services staff on site, room refreshes during your stay, nightly access to firepits and other communal guest gathering spaces.

  • Absolutely. We kindly ask that you provide a list of all guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions with 14 days notice.

  • With advance notice, we can coordinate various types of classes, workshops, tours, group outings. Please inquire with us and we can provide a list along with pricing.

    Hudson East Line from Grand Central to Beacon or Poughkeepsie (approx 1.5 hours)

    Lyft, Uber or Taxi from Beacon or Poughkeepsie to our site is 35 min

    Adirondack Trailways Bus:
    From Port Authority to New Paltz (approx 1.5 hours)

    New Paltz Taxi or Green Taxi from New Paltz Bus Station to our site is 10-15 min
