Events

Our 4500 sq ft temperature controlled multi-use Events building can comfortably accommodate upwards of 200 guests year round. 

With neutral toned checkered flooring, custom trim molding on bright white walls,  soaring vaulted ceilings, our bright and airy space is the perfect setting for your celebration.  A stretch of glass accordion doors along the southern wall open into the lawn creating a sense of indoor and outdoor connected spaces. The Bar Room area, separated by our stunning arch wall, is outfitted with dark oak paneling, reclaimed wood beams and whimsical lighting details to create a more intimate atmosphere for cocktails or an extension for larger guest counts. 

The Guest Lobby, Library Lounge and 5 water closets are tastefully decorated to welcome your guests and complete the space. 

The outdoor area just next to the Events building can be used for cocktail hour, intimate dinners or your ceremony.

  • Your 6.5 hour event would take place between one of our outdoor ceremony locations and then move inside for reception. In the event of rain, your entire event will take place inside our Events building.

  • $10-$15k month dependant

  • $180pp + 20% service charge + 8% taxes. Food and beverage min $28k.

  • All catering including bar / alcohol service is provided by our highly regarded kitchen and bar teams. We do not allow outside catering teams at this time.

  • Our event package is a 6.5 hour event time which includes a 5 hour open bar. During this time, we will provide our food and beverage services at specific times indicated on your run of show.

  • Yes - this is required as part of your 6.5 hour event day and to accommodate you for the rehearsal. We can provide you with a list of preferred coordinators that will begin working with you at least 4-6 weeks in advance to help you create your timeline and submissions for your event. They will also be on-site for the duration of your event. A professional coordinator with a legitimate business is required.

  • Latest 6.5 hour event end time is 10pm, after party with reduced sound levels available until midnight (additional fee required).

  • Audrey’s Farmhouse provides the liquor license, alcohol and bartenders for our events. Outside alcohol is not allowed by any guest or vendor at any time during the event and would be considered a violation of our liquor license and a breach of your contract.

  • Capacity is 20  lodging guests onsite. Once you book an event with us, your lodging accommodations will be automatically held for you. 

    Our professional Guest Services Team will send you a private code and booking link - you’ll book your room first and then you’ll send out the link and code to your closest friends and family so they can book directly with us.  

    A two night stay is required with your event - lodging guests will check in the day before your event, check out the day after your event.

    Included: Wifi, mini-fridges, coffee station, Aesop toiletries. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the guest rooms. For liability reasons, dogs are not allowed during the event.

    Our Guest Services Team will provide you with a list of additional accommodations - some are walking distance, but there are plenty in the area.

  • Yes, all outside vendors need to provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance).

  • Absolutely, we host a wide variety of events, not just weddings. Our event services can be tailored to your desired event.

  • Yes, our Events Building is temperature controlled - cool in the summer, warm in the winter.

  • Yes, we provide our bartenders, servers, a Venue manager, facilities, parking flaggers, and kitchen staff.

  • Please submit an inquiry through our website and you’ll receive a reply with a link to our Friends and Neighbors Events Brochure and sample contract with all the information you need.
