Centered around a 19th century Farmhouse, Old Mill by Audrey’s Farmhouse is a guesthouse estate available for private rentals, group retreats, and large banquets. The team at Audrey’s spent two years designing and developing the Old Mill Farmhouse, Carriage Houses, Studio, and Cottages to ensure that the guesthouses at Old Mill are suited for Audrey’s brand of inviting hospitality. The Old Mill property is 24 acres, surrounded by old growth trees, sprawling lawns, and a small pond.
Old Mill can host events for up to 200 guests and accommodate a total of 50 overnight guests. Multiple event locations allow Old Mill clients to design a completely custom experience—the Courtyard, Poolside Cabana, Lawn, and Rec Room are all suitable settings to create memorable experiences.
Old Mill by Audrey’s Farmhouse is now booking guesthouse rentals and limited event dates.
Lodging
Surrounding an open air courtyard, Old Mill guesthouse is a newly renovated collection of guest units comprised of a 19th century farmhouse, carriage houses, two apartments and a couple of cottages. All pet friendly guesthouses have small to large kitchens, living areas, and strike the perfect balance of old and new with a sense of discovery everywhere you turn. Filled with a mix of locally sourced vintage and antique finds, no two guesthouses are exactly alike but all provide the same warmth and hospitality you’d expect from the team at Audreys.
Guests
Guesthouse rentals have access to the Rec Room and saltwater heated pool, open seasonally.
If you decide to book a stay with us, we’ll prepare our beautifully appointed guesthouses and then send you an email detailing the layout of the property so that you can situate your guests throughout the property. You will receive self-checkin instructions prior to your arrival.
Total capacity is 50 guests on-site.
A 2 night min stay is required for all bookings.
Included: Wifi, Kitchenettes, Aesop toiletries, guest services support and housekeeping team, ROKU Smart TVs.

An expansive lawn, wood stacked walls, old growth trees and a 5000 sq ft wood pergola are just a few of the features of Old Mill where you can celebrate big or small. Old Mill can host events for up to 200 guests and accommodate a total of 50 overnight guests. Catering, bar and event furniture and rentals provided by the team at Audreys are included in your package.
