Audrey's Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast Rates & Policies

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval prior to booking, but must be kept in your room during breakfast

• Smokers are welcome on the back terrace or front screened porch, reserved just for you

Audrey's Farmhouse Room Rates:

The Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast has a two-night minimum policy on weekends and a three-night minimum policy on holiday weekends. There are five beautiful rooms available, all with wireless Internet access. All room rates include gourmet breakfast and the use of all the facilities in the house, and on the grounds. Audrey's Farmhouse Cancellation Policy:

Audrey's Farmhouse requires cancellations to be made before two weeks of arrival date. If cancellation policy is not met and you cancel within the two weeks prior to your arrival, you will be charged for one full night's stay.
