Audrey's Farmhouse Room Details, Minimum Stay Policy, and Room Rates:

The Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast has a (2) night minimum stay policy on weekends and a (3) night minimum stay policy on holiday weekends. There are five beautiful rooms available, all with wireless Internet access. All room rates include gourmet breakfast and the use of all the facilities in the house, and on the grounds. To make your reservation by phone, please call 1-800-501-3872 between the hours of 10am and 4pm EST. Or email the reservation request form below and we will respond to you within 24 hours. When we call to confirm your reservation, you must provide us with your credit card information to hold your reservation.

Audrey's Farmhouse Cancellation Policy:

We require cancellations to be made up to (2) weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel after this period and within 14 days of your arrival, you will be charged in full for room(s) reserved.
